Licensing in additional states may be pending.
4. No government affiliation
Vivarium LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any federal or state government agency, Medicare, the Social Security Administration, or any government program.
5. Product availability and rates
Insurance products, features, benefits, and rates vary by state and are subject to the issuing insurance company's underwriting and approval, as well as the applicant's age and health. Any quotes provided are estimates only and are not a guarantee of coverage, eligibility, or final price. Final terms are determined solely by the issuing insurance company.
6. Guarantees
All policy guarantees are subject to, and backed solely by, the claims-paying ability and financial strength of the issuing insurance company, and not by Vivarium LLC.
